If you need to make changes to data on a page which is locked (), then a query will have to be raised before you can proceed.
When a page is 'locked' it means you may no longer delete that page or modify data on that page without an appropriate query present.
To have a query raised you'll need to speak to a user with the correct access rights. A CRA is a great example of someone who will have the correct access rights. They will be able to raise the query for you which will allow you to go in and make any required changes.
If there isn't any relevant personnel at hand, you'll need to speak to your data managers who should be able to help.
