To print and download multiple eCRF pages, you will need to use the CRF Downloads module. Within the CRF Downloads module you will be able to;
- Create a PDF containing a blank CRF
- Create a PDF containing a CRF populated with patient data
- Access any previously created CRF PDF
Creating a Patient CRF (CRF with patient data)
To create a patient CRF you'll need to navigate to the CRF Downloads module. Click the Create a patient CRF tab instead as illustrated below:
Here you will be able to select your desired options on this screen. Only the File name is a mandatory field, the rest are optional.
You can also click the show/hide details button to choose from a variety of options to include additional information in the CRF, such as status indicators or audit trails.
Once you have selected your desired options, click the Schedule button to be taken to the Scheduled Files page where you can download and/or print the document. You will receive a system notification when the operation has completed.
Please note for larger patients it may take longer to generate the document. You can check the status of the task from the files grid.
Downloading an already created CRF
When you create a CRF, it is saved on the system and you are able to go back and download it again as you wish. You can access these by clicking on the Files tab at the left. You can see this in the screenshot below:
You can download the CRF by clicking the icon. You can also download a log by clicking the icon. To delete a CRF you can click the under the Options column.
