To print and download multiple eCRF pages, you will need to use the CRF Downloads module. Within the CRF Downloads module you will be able to;
- Create a PDF containing a blank CRF
- Create a PDF containing a CRF populated with patient data
- Access any previously created CRF PDF
Creating a Blank CRF
As mentioned above, to create a blank CRF you'll need to navigate to the CRF Downloads module and then click the Create a blank CRF tab.
Within here, you will be able to select the pages to be included in the CRF. You can select entire visits, cycles and books of pages at once with the appropriate checkboxes. By default, all pages will be selected. To generate the CRF you'll need to enter a file name and click the Schedule button. This will take you to the Scheduled Files page where you will be able to download and/or print the document that has been created.
Additional options are available for the user to select if the PDF should be annotated, if external dataset links should be included, and if an alternative file format is required.
