Please note: If removed from a conversation, you will lose access to view any messages
This article will take you through the steps on how to send a message to an individual user or a group of people. Firstly, you'll need to navigate to the messaging section of Nucleus.
You can do this a number of ways, either by selecting I want to send a message under What would you like to do? on the Home page, clicking Messages on the menu on the left or clicking the messages icon at the top right as indicated in red in the example below:
If you have existing conversations, you'll need to click the New Conversation button. If you don't you can immediately start searching for the person(s) you'd like to start a conversation with.
When you start searching, Nucleus will display suggestions from the text you've entered. Once you see the name of the person you'd like to send a message to, click it and it will auto-fill within the To: field. If desired you can then repeat the process to add more recipients.
You can then draft and send a message using the box at the bottom of the window.
