To add a Global Application, first click on any Organisation and then click Administration.
Click on Global Applications in the side menu and click the Add a Global Application button.
Enter a Name and URL for the new Application. You will need to include http:// or https:// depending on the site configuration. You can also add a Logo by clicking the Choose file button. Once this is done click the Save button.
You will be returned to the list of Global Applications which will display your newly created Global Application. This is confirmed by an on-screen message that reads "App Created".
This confirms the creation was successful. You can then click on Settings to rename, change URL, change logo or delete the application. Click on Access to Add or Remove User Groups to control who can use the application you have just added.
